Who is responsible
Fraser Digital Hub is a British Columbia-based business. The privacy contact is fraserdigitalhub@gmail.com. Questions, access requests and correction requests can be sent there.
Information we collect
- Information you submit: name, work email, organization and the workflow or business problem you describe.
- Engagement information supplied during discovery or delivery under an agreed scope.
- Basic technical records created by our hosting infrastructure, such as request time, browser information and security logs.
Please do not put passwords, payment-card data, health information or other highly sensitive personal information into the public contact form.
Why we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and assess whether Fraser can help.
- Prepare, deliver and support work you authorize.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose reliability problems.
- Meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations.
We do not add contact-form users to a marketing list. Separate, express consent would be requested before sending promotional email where required.
Sharing and processing
We use service providers for managed hosting, infrastructure and business operations. They may process information on Fraser's behalf and may operate outside British Columbia or Canada. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to operate the service, deliver authorized work, comply with law or protect legal rights.
Retention and safeguards
Contact inquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and maintain a business record, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an engagement, legal obligation or dispute. Fraser uses access controls, managed infrastructure, encrypted transport and data-minimization practices appropriate to the information. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Fraser, subject to applicable law and necessary business records. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses. Email the privacy contact with enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. The hosting platform may use essential technical mechanisms and logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If Fraser adds non-essential analytics or marketing technology later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Applicable privacy framework
Fraser's privacy practices are designed around British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, Canada's private-sector privacy requirements. Learn more from the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
