Legal
Website Terms
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation and communication with Fraser Digital Hub. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, scrape it in a way that degrades service or misrepresent Fraser's work as your own.
Information, not a promise
Website content is general information, not legal, security, financial or professional advice. Illustrative scenarios, economics and reference systems are not customer results, guarantees or representations that the same outcome will apply to your organization.
Services and commercial terms
A contact submission does not create a client relationship or obligation to perform work. Scope, fees, responsibilities, data handling, intellectual property, acceptance criteria and warranties for paid services must be stated in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Reference systems
Fraser Labs demonstrations use synthetic or public sample data unless clearly stated otherwise. They show design patterns and test behaviour, not a hosted production service. Do not submit confidential or personal information to a demonstration.
Intellectual property
Fraser owns the website's original design, copy and demonstration materials, except for client-approved material and third-party names, trademarks, software or content. You may link to public pages and quote brief passages with attribution. Other reuse requires written permission.
Third-party technologies and links
Named technologies belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply partnership or endorsement. External websites and services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Fraser is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from reliance on this public website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions can be sent to fraserdigitalhub@gmail.com.
